Your help is needed! With one start up grant from an anonymous donor, we are able to commit to moving forward. For the past several months, we have been coordinating efforts with members of the business community to launch the garden. Thanks to their belief in this project, many items are being donated including land use, wood, plants, a shed, etc. However, we have a long way to go. Our goal of providing 33% of the needed fresh vegetables this season, and 75% next year, means lots of fundraising and hard work by volunteers.

There are many ways you can get involved!

• Straight donations may be made by clicking the Donate Now button on below, or you can mail a check to: Healthy Harvest Project, 578 Sutton Way, PMB 256, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
• Sponsor a box!  For $100 your name will be placed on the vegetable box of your choice (providing the one you choose is still availabe, so please make at least two choices) for the entire season (i.e., "Stan & Mary's Tomatoes").  And you will be recognized whenever food is harvested for our clients.  For more information, email ellenpersa@yahoo.com.

• If you would like to volunteer, please click here to download our volunteer form, fill it out, save it with your own name in the title, and email it to: ellenpersa@yahoo.com. You will be contacted immediately about work schedules and what needs to be accomplished.

We’ve made online donations easy and secure with PayPal—on a credit card or Paypal account. Make a one-time donation or set up an automated monthly donation. (For Mac users, Safari is recommended rather than Firefox for a proper display of the credit card processing page.)

To donate by credit card, first click the button below. At the bottom of the next page, look for the phrase "Don't have a Paypal account?" Click on the text link "Use your credit card or bank account..." and continue.

To give a one-time donation, please click the "Donate" button below. You'll be able to enter the amount on the next page.  

After you enter the amount and the payment information, on the final screen ("Review your information") of PayPal site, above the "Pay Now" button, there's a section, "Special Instructions  Comments: Add". Click on "Add" button. On the next screen, please enter "Healthy Harvest Project" in the empty box for "Comments: ", and click "Save" button". Then click on "Pay Now" button.
